On the recommendation of my mentor, I’m currently reading "Demand-Side Sales 101"by Bob Moesta. This book’s core concept, the "Jobs to Be Done" (JTBD) theory, has profoundly influenced my approach to product design by emphasizing a deep understanding of why customers choose a product. This focus on user motivations and empathy helps me create intuitive and satisfying user experiences that drive higher engagement and conversions.
